The doctoral study programme Knowledge society and information transfer is one of the two doctoral study programs available in Croatia, and has been successful in producing a number of exceptional doctoral theses. Our study programs address the whole field of information sciences, particularly theory and practice of organizing, managing, sharing, evaluating, and using information, user studies, information literacy, academic communication and open science, human-computer interaction, data science, cultural heritage, as well as digital humanities and digital transformation of GLAM institutions and the role of information in contemporary society.
