The College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity (CEHC) is the first of its kind in the nation; uniting people, technology and knowledge to address the challenges of the 21st century. ETEC is the $180M research, instructional and entrepreneurial complex in which CEHC resides, providing our faculty state of the art laboratory and teaching spaces. The University at Albany has received $75 million from New York State to launch an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Supercomputing Initiative. Through this investment, The Cybersecurity Department is seeking applicants for Associate or Full Professor. The candidate will demonstrate a strong, established research record, showing evidence of both publication and funding in their careers. The candidate will display an ability and track record of teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and demonstrate their commitment to pursuing challenging problems in cybersecurity and AI.
