¹ This rate applies to participants who register for the iConference the very first time.

² Proof of enrollment is required during registration (e.g. student ID).

³ If you would like to present in Barcelona as well as in the main virtual conference, contact staff. Poster sessions will only be virtual due to local COVID regulations and space restrictions.

⁴ This sum is for the Regular Registration. For other registrations rates the sum differs.

Accessing the virtual venue

You will receive an invitation email, sent to the email account you used for registration on ConfTool.

The link in the email leads directly to your personal page for setting a password.

Please check your spam folder if you do not see the invitation email in your inbox.

For best experience, please join the platform as soon as possible. Zoom test rooms will be available until the start of the conference to test access and equipment.

You can always request a new invitation email yourself. After navigating to the virtual conference venue, please click on the Lost your invitation email? link.

If you have issues accessing the platform, contact iSchools staff.

A Join button will appear 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. We advise presenters to join early, the Zoom hosts will give you co-host rights.
