About the Event


Join the PhD Program Chair and Educational Services Manager at the UBC School of Information for a hybrid information session about the PhD program in Library, Archival and Information Studies.


The session will provide a general overview of the program and offer practical advice on preparing a successful application.

UBC’s PhD in Library, Archival and Information Studies is a four-year funded program combining coursework with focused independent study and research. Students benefit from close access to faculty members and research opportunities at a comprehensive, research-intensive university.


This is a hybrid event. Participants may attend either in person at the UBC School of Information or online via Zoom.

Advance registration is required. Online participants will receive the Zoom link by email after registering.
