About the Event
Like every year, the iSchools of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (Switzerland) and the University of Zadar (Croatia), in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences of the Burgenland (Austria), are organising the Joint Summer School of Information Science (JoSSIS) in Zadar from 17 to 28 August 2026.
Zadar is a beautiful town on the Adriatic coast, known for its many historical layers shaped by Illyrian, Roman, Slavic, Venetian, Austrian, and French influences, offering a rich cultural setting for international study.
We would therefore like to invite students from all (European) iSchools to participate, network, create, and study in our joint summer school, while also enjoying a range of social activities.
The course fee is a moderate 300 € for a two-week, 4 ECTS course. Accommodation is booked separately, and participants are responsible for all costs related to accommodation, travel, and meals. Several accommodation options are listed…
