Title: Ways of Living with Digital Forests: Data-Driven Environmental Governance and Articulations of Campesino Autonomy in the Colombian Amazon
Abstract: My dissertation examines how a campesino community on the northwestern edge of the Colombian Amazon exercises agency within data driven environmental governance. Situated in a strategic and heavily monitored region, the community faces multiple informational strategies designed to reshape local practices in the name of environmental soundness.
