Hotel Reservations at Special Rates are not CLOSED.

We would like to remind you that there is a deadline for you to book your room at the special conference rate at all the hotels. After this deadline, room rates and availability at the special rate may or may not be available. Please be aware that deadlines for each hotel differ. See below for the deadlines specific to each Hotel.

The first block of rooms will be released on January 8th! See below for more info.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the following hotels for i Conference 2008. We plan to provide transportation from each hotel to the UCLA Conference Center (the Covel Commons at Sunset Villiage) at the beginning and end of each day. Accommodations adjacent to the UCLA Conference Center are not available during the academic year.

Reservations are on your own at the special conference rates below, as long as space is available. Once the block is filled, space may still be available, but at a higher rate.

Several hotels are especially recommended for students because of their lower rates. We appreciate faculty saving those spaces for students. Please mention that you are attending UCLA’s i School Conference 2008 when making your reservation. Doing so will help us to monitor available hotel space and ensure you the best possible rate.

The Tiverton House provides complimentary coffee and tea service, which are only part of the unique array of amenities tailored to meet the specific needs of Tiverton House guests. Please note that rooms do not include a television set, instead there is a main television set in the main room. Guest can get access to the Sunset Recreation Center and the John Wooden Center at UCLA. In addition, they offer a free Campus Shuttle.
