Registration Fees

The conference or student rate includes the following:

  • Light breakfast on all conference days;
  • Full lunch on all conference days;
  • One full-day or two half-day workshops on Tuesday Feb. 7, subject to space availability;
  • Access to all plenary, breakout, roundtable, and wildcard sessions;
  • All conference materials, including conference manual and access to proceedings;
  • Tuesday evening Opening Reception;
  • Friday evening Farewell Reception.

Awards Banquet

Our traditional gala Awards Banquet will be held on the evening of Thursday, Feb. 9. Awards banquet tickets cost $60 CAD each, $30 CAD for registered student participants. Guests are encouraged to attend, and additional guest banquet tickets may be purchased for $60 CAD per guest.

Workshops

Your registration includes free access to conference workshops, subject to space availability. You will be asked to select your desired workshop(s) when you register. All workshops will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 7.

Visas and Travel Documentation

When planning your trip to the iConference, keep in mind that Canada may ask you to meet certain entry requirements, depending on where you live. Learn more on the Citizenship and Immigration Website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp.

U.S. citizens do not need a visa to visit Canada. However, U.S. citizens should confirm the correct documentation required by U.S Customs and Border Protection when traveling to and from Canada; the requirements differ for travel by land, sea, and air. Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations and refund requests received on or before Jan. 23 will be subject to a $75 CAD administrative processing fee. Cancellations after Jan. 23 will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place or you may request to be mailed a copy of the conference manual. We ask that you give notification of the substitution at least one week in advance of the conference start date. Please submit your cancellation in writing to . or fax: 1-416-978-8942.
