Registration Fees
The conference or student rate includes one FREE pre-conference workshop, as well as plenary, breakout, roundtable, and wildcard sessions; daily refreshment breaks; opening reception; and conference materials. All fees listed are in U.S. dollars ($).

Awards Banquet
The iConference will culminate with an Awards Banquet on the evening of Thursday, February 10. Awards banquet tickets cost $50 each, and guests are encouraged to attend. Additional guest banquet tickets may be purchased for $50 per guest.
Additional Fees
Your registration fee includes one FREE pre-conference workshop. Participation in an additional workshop (optional) costs $50. All workshops are pre-conference and will take place on Tuesday, February 8, 2011.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations and refund requests received on or before January 24 will be subject to a $75 administrative processing fee. Cancellations after January 24 will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place or you may request to be mailed a copy of the conference manual. We ask that you give notification of the substitution at least one week in advance of the conference start date. Please submit your cancellation in writing to . or fax: 206-543-2321.
